Local Delivery & Pickup

801 Outlet offers local delivery and warehouse pickup only. We do not ship products by mail or freight carriers.

Warehouse Pickup

Customers may pick up their purchases at:

Delivery Options (Within 40 Miles)

$60 — Curbside Delivery
Items are delivered to your driveway, garage, or curbside only. Customer is responsible for moving items inside.

$90 — Inside Home Delivery (Customer Assistance Required)
We will help bring the furniture inside the home, but customer assistance is required during the delivery.

$120 — Full Service Delivery
Two professionals will deliver, move, and place the furniture inside your home. No customer assistance required.

Extended Distance

Deliveries beyond 40 miles may be subject to additional mileage fees depending on distance and location.

Delivery Scheduling

Most deliveries are scheduled by appointment. Same-day delivery may be available depending on inventory, location, and schedule availability.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying that furniture will fit through doors, hallways, staircases, elevators, and inside the intended space before purchase and delivery.

801 Outlet is not responsible for delivery issues caused by limited access, incorrect measurements, or obstacles inside the home.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect products at the time of pickup or delivery and notify us immediately of any concerns before the delivery team leaves.
