    Products & Availability

    All products are subject to availability and may be sold at any time. Many items are limited inventory, outlet, showroom, overstock, or one-of-a-kind pieces and may not be restocked once sold.

    We reserve the right to update pricing, descriptions, availability, or product details without prior notice.

    Product Information

    We make every effort to accurately display product photos, colors, dimensions, descriptions, and configurations. However, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, screens, and individual perception.

    Customers are responsible for verifying dimensions, sectional orientation, entry measurements, stair access, and room fitment before purchase or delivery.

    Payments

    We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and major debit/credit cards. Card transactions may include a small processing fee.

    Orders, deposits, and custom-made furniture purchases may be non-refundable depending on the product and production stage.

    Pickup & Delivery

    Products may be picked up directly from our warehouse showroom by appointment or delivered locally according to our Delivery Policy.

    Delivery services are limited to local areas. We do not ship products through freight carriers or standard mail services.

    Returns & Refunds

    Warranty

    Most outlet, showroom, and overstock items are sold without a manufacturer warranty unless specifically stated. Certain custom-made sofas from the 801 Outlet collection may include a limited structural warranty.

    Limitation of Liability

    801 Outlet shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, delivery, assembly, or transportation of purchased products beyond the original purchase price.
