    Can I see the furniture in person?
    Yes. Visits to our warehouse showroom are available by scheduled appointment only. We are located in South Salt Lake, Utah.

    Do you offer delivery?
    Yes. We offer local delivery throughout the Salt Lake City area and surrounding cities. Delivery pricing depends on the level of service requested and distance from our warehouse.

    What delivery options do you offer?
    • $60 — Curbside Delivery
    • $90 — Inside Home Delivery with customer assistance
    • $120 — Full Service Delivery with placement and setup included

    How fast can you deliver?
    Most items are already in stock, so same-day or next-day delivery is often available depending on scheduling and location.

    Can I pick up my order?
    Yes. Customers are welcome to pick up directly from our warehouse showroom by appointment.

    Do your sofas include a warranty?
    Most overstock, outlet, and showroom items do not include a standard warranty. However, sofas from the 801 Outlet custom-made collection include a 2-year structural warranty covering the internal frame under normal residential use.

    Do you accept returns or refunds?
    All sales are final. Because many of our items are limited inventory, outlet, or floor model pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

    What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and all major debit/credit cards. Card payments may include a small processing fee.

    Do you hold items?
    Yes. We can place items on hold with a deposit depending on the product and delivery date.

    Do you offer assembly or setup?
    Yes. Full-service delivery includes furniture placement and basic setup when needed.
