At 801 Outlet, we take pride in offering carefully selected furniture at outlet pricing while maintaining honesty and transparency with every customer.

Because many of our products are overstock, showroom, floor model, liquidation, or limited-quantity items, we do not offer a standard manufacturer warranty on most products unless otherwise stated.

However, customer satisfaction and our reputation in the community are extremely important to us. If an issue occurs due to a mistake caused by our team during delivery or setup, we will do our best to review the situation fairly and work toward a reasonable solution.

All items are sold exactly as shown in photos, videos, and product descriptions. Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, configurations, colors, and access measurements before completing their purchase.

This policy also applies to sectional orientation, fitting through doorways or staircases, room measurements, and personal comfort preferences after purchase.

Damage caused after delivery, misuse, improper assembly by the customer, accidents, pets, stains, burns, water damage, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

801 Outlet Custom Collection Warranty

Sofas from the 801 Outlet custom-made collection include a 2-year structural warranty covering the internal wooden frame and manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

This warranty does not cover fabric wear, cushions softening over time, stains, misuse, pet damage, accidental damage, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

Some additional products may still include a manufacturer warranty when available. In those cases, warranty coverage is handled directly through the original manufacturer and may vary by brand or product.
